Jones started school this year........ When did he get this big?
Cheers to a new school year and new beginnings and firsts!
The TDA was at JW Marriott in SA. It was so much fun for Jones and I.
They had a big water park! We set up shop at. Kim came down to to watch Jones so I could join Cody some.
Jones ventured down to the convention some. He came down one night to meet Kevin Fowler. He was so exhausted.
The auction brought in a lot of money and G2 probably lead in the buying poll! We got lots of good genetics and lots of fawns at the auction.
Our girl/family/sister/friend decided to move back to Michigan for awhile. We had one last hoorah in Austin before she left us. We relaxed, swam, pampered ourselves and ate good all weekend.

Daddy and Jones needed haircuts. After I did Jones' he asked if he could cut Cody's. I remember when I was little and always fascinated by cutting hair......and got in trouble for cutting my hair one time. So we let Jones butcher it before we shaved it all off! He was so happy!
Jones got his backpack in the mail........
We did some last minute school shopping in SA and Jones needed a foot rub while I pumped gas........
All the shopping wore this monkey out.
Fawn season has wore us all out. Cody never naps but has taken a nap on Sundays for a few weeks now. It's been greatness. Even Jones gets the chillin memo on Sundays.
Jones and Cody brought home a baby cotton tail one evening. I was so mad they took that baby away from his momma. I made them go take him back. Jones was so mad at me a cried and cried........
We finally got our house set up. It's been a long 5 months. Cody and Jones knocked over trees one night and cleared off all the stickers around the house. Hoping to move in soon!!!!!
When Jones got home he brought some fresh zucchini home. We had so much of it I had to get creative. I made zucchini pancakes and omg that were good! Jones likes to help me cook and almost started crying when he saw me dump in two cups of zucchini in his precious pancake mix. He resisted a bit but then tried them. He loved them and didn't want syrup on them, ha!
We had some friends from Oklahoma come to Sea World for vacation. We met them for the day. It was nice to catch up.
CWD hit Texas this summer. This has affected a good number of breeders. Cody has gone to lots and lots of meeting trying to figure out our next step to take to get back to normal. He had a meeting in Austin early one morning so we went with him the night before and got a hotel. Jones and I got to play!
Daddy got to meet us after his meeting for a little fun. We met Uncle a Josh for dinner then ventured home!
